The Napa Valley Opera House was opened to much fanfare in 1880. After years of neglect and almost being razed in the 1960s, the Opera House was placed on the National Register of Historic Places. And, in 2003, the Opera House was re-opened after extensive refurbishment. Today, numerous live performances entertain here throughout the year.
